Well-behaved pets are allowed, as long as certain simple rules are followed and they have been pre-approved:

  • Dogs Must always be on a leash and under your control.  
  • Dogs Must never be left unattended in the cabins, unless in a portable kennel.  
  • Dogs Must not be tied to trees or decks on the property left to bark or frighten passer-by.  
  • Cabins Must be left free of dog hair (each cabin is supplied with a vacuum cleaner).  
  • All Dog Litter must be cleaned up and disposed of properly.
  • Dogs are not allowed in the cabin when they're wet.
  • Owners who take their dogs to the water may only swim by the docks, dogs are not allowed in the swimming area.
  • Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
  • If your dog is a "barker", we kindly ask that you leaves him/her at home.  
  • No Cats, or other household pets are allowed -- We are not particular bias toward cats -- but any of our guest are allergic to them.

Owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets. Either inside or outside.

Be sure to inform us, when making reservations, if you wish to bring along any pets.

Dog owners should also be aware: animals that are normally quiet at home may bark or howl when they are left behind in strange surroundings. If this proves to be the case, you'll be expected to take your pet with you at all times so that other guests are not disturbed
