About Reservations

WE DO NOT HOLD RESERVATIONS WITHOUT A "SPEEDY" DEPOSIT.  Telephone reservations are held 72 hours only after confirmation, giving the deposit time to arrive. Cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will receive a refund of deposit, less cost of re-rental, upon re-rental of unit. All rental money (payment in full) is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. You will then receive a payment in FULL Conformation letter that you should bring with you upon arrival at the cabin.

Any last minute rentals (30 Days or less) will only receive a refund if we can re rent the cabin for that time period. If we can re rent then we will be more than Happy to give you back your deposit.  All last minute reservations (30 Days or Less) must be paid in full at the time of the reservation or in absolute last minute a cash payment will be required upon arrival.
